A simple tip for employees who are not yet successful/recognized.
Carry 2 Kgs of butter to office daily and apply it to all your co-workers and your managers without any biasing.This will definitely work in an unprofessional, biased work environment.
Note : You do not need any talent/extra talent relavant to your work/job.
